Thank you very much for stopping by! We hope that you are satisfied and enjoy your tea as much as we do! We stand by the quality of the teas we have in stock, if you are unhappy with your tea selection unfortunately we cannot offer returns since tea is a food product.
We encourage buying tea “sample size” before buying them in the larger bulk sizes. Also, as a natural agricultural product, some seasonal variance in flavor profile is to be expected.
If you received an incorrect item sent, damaged item, or a missing item email us within one business week from the time you had placed your order, below are the guidelines for exchanges:
We accept exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- In the off chance that you have received a product that is different than what you had ordered, you need to notify us by email with the same within one business week so that we can process your request. (Your item must be unopened or unused). It will take us a 1-3 business days to process each request.
- If the product is damaged email us directly within one business week.(Please attach some photo proof so it is easier for us to process your request.)
Refunds are given are issued on case by case basis, within 30 days of the order placed.
- Our loose leaf teas are packaged in a clean and sanitized environment .
- We wash our hands and use clean gloves with every new batch of our loose leaf teas we package.
- We wash and sanitize our equipment after each new tea is bagged.
- Every bag of loose leaf tea is then sealed to maintain the aroma and quality, and marked with the day it was packaged.
- Our bags are Eco-Friendly, compostable, and reusable as to produce less waste.
Order Processing & Shipping Times:
Orders are processed in the order they are received and usually take 1-3 business days to produce before they ship (this does not include weekends, holidays, or otherwise specified days of closure).
Note: Shipments and transit times vary depending on the where packages are being delivered to once it is shipped out. Our teas are generally shipped out via the USPS.There is a delay due to high volumes of mail being processed and during the holidays
Please keep in mind that if you place your order after 11am PST on Friday, your order will not process or ship until the following business day. Dirtbag Tea Company is not open for business over the weekend.
