Hot Tea Brewing:
Use one teaspoon of tea for each cup of water.
Bring water to a rolling boil
Pour boiling water (212° F preferred) over 1 tsp. of tea.
Steep 4-5 minutes, the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea.
